The Loop Lab is a nonprofit social enterprise offering tuition-free professional audio-visual and media arts workforce development in Greater Boston. Our mission is to empower “opportunity youth” (young adults disconnected from work between the ages of 16-26) by providing comprehensive training and paid work opportunities in the Pro AV and media arts sector. As a diverse organization, we are committed to fostering equity and inclusion through workforce development and impactful digital storytelling.

Although founded by minorities explicitly for the empowerment of minorities and other underestimated people in the audio/video industry, the Loop Lab invites all people who share our values to join us in support of our mission.
